Planning PerthshireHour’s Future

This is unfortunately another week of postponement. The prep for each episode takes a number of hours and it’s becoming clear that we’re not going to get a proper weekly podcast unless I get ahead of the schedule a little more.

The podcast format is also forcing a change in the sort of content that works. On top of a need for a clearer structure, it’s also becoming more apparent that the episodes will need to get a bit more ‘evergreen’ (content that makes sense nomatter when you listen to it) if this is going to really work.

With this in mind, I’ll be placing event-based content (stuff that will become less relevant after the event has passed) at the end of each episode going forward.

I’ll be working on a list of themes this evening and over the coming week and will announce the schedule once it’s sorted. If you have ideas for themes, or if you would like to volunteer yourself to provide some insight into your business, organisation, or creative endeavour please let me know (contact me here).

As something of a replacement for this week’s episode, I’d like to point your attention to the Perthshire Mums in Business special that we had a few weeks back. The ladies who contributed had a lot of interesting things to say and it would be nice to see the listener number for that episode get an extra wee boost this week.
